New patients are welcome at Dr. French’s office. We often see new patients on referral from the General Dentist for periodontal or dental implant consultation. We also welcome patients who find us from the web or from a friend.

OFFICE POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY: We call 1 week prior to your appointment to confirm the date and time. We kindly request that if you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment that you give us 2 business days for hygiene appointments and 1 week for surgery appointments.
INSURANCE: our office is set up to electronically submit claims to most insurance companies with payment directly to the patient.
PAYMENT: Payment is due on the day of treatment, we accept Mastercard, Visa, and Debit.
PRIVACY POLICY AND HANDLING OF PERSONAL AND CLINICAL INFORMATION: We are compliant with the Government of Canada’s privacy act.
