CANCELLATION POLICY: We call 1 week prior to your appointment to confirm the date and time. We kindly request that if you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment that you give us 2 business days for hygiene appointments and 1 week for surgery appointments.

PAYMENT: Payment is due on the day of treatment, we accept Mastercard, Visa, debit, and cheque.

INSURANCE: our office is set up to electronically submit claims to most insurance companies with payment directly to the patient.
